Hello ED, that is great news about Not so little O. I had a lovely time at the Monday Morning Coffee Club. The whole group, 10 of us. A chap and 3 women walked past and asked if we were the Monday Morning Coffee Club. Our fame is spreading. Naturally we invited them to join us however they were on their way for a walk on the beach. I worked at the Op shop this afternoon and sure enough I found the usual HUGE Monday pile of discarded books in the bin. Naturally I rescued them. When I mentioned them to a couple of the volunteers they told me that Pam a supervisor had told them that morning that we cannot take things out of the bin. I shook my head and tapped my ears. "Sorry I seem to have a hearing problem." They laughed when I said that. That same superviser popped in after I had raided the bins and did not mention to me anything about not clearing the bins. One of the women that I had spoken to earlier listened in and later said to me, "That was a close call." I laughed, "Well, you know that I haven't been told. And seriously what can they do if I had been caught rescuing books? Sack me the one who is known by customers, staff and management as the Book Lady? Haha I think that my mother's family have given me a rebellious streak. Enjoy your day.

Morning splash-- pair of lovebirds ty. It is o and cloudy here so I expect somewhere along the line it is will get wet. But seen as I don't have to go out it doesn't make much difference.Yes I think a lot of funerals are going a little more relaxed now and for anyone who is not really church oriented(I think the said Kevins friend was a Christmas and a few other meaningful days)It adds some colour to the surroundings and a few more people would be inclimned to attend--I know even though Kevin feels he has to go,it will not be the totally sad affair that a lot of them were.Dididn't get to golf yesterday-- Ihad an inpromtu nap in the chair and when I woke just stayed with the channel that was on ,,Have a good day.

Hello Ed, I forgot to say that Australia is OK with Harry and Meghan visiting we just don't want to pay for it as Meghan is here to speak at  some sort of women's conference and tickets cost $2000. She is here to make money. I certainly hope that it is not treated like a Royal visit and our Government pays for it. That would make me grumpy.

Hello Ed, TY for the Pygmy Mouse. We are hoping to get Mum into respite care before she actually goes home. I had a frozen Chicken Kiev tonight for dinner. It was good. Frozen meals are working for me at the moment due to all the driving. Is Tracey in contact with Not so little O? Can you reach her through Tracey? Night has fallen here and I am sitting outside listening to the surf. I will soon be in bed. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, that's a great idea asking a question that only Little O could answer. Home again after visiting mum. She was dozing when I arrived but woke as soon as she heard me sit down. Her ankles are still swollen. We had great chats and then I flicked through the puzzle books that she had. I asked her if she ever does the cryptic puzzles and she told she thinks them too hard. So I did one with her. And she surprised herself by knowing many answers once I coached her on how to read the clues. Surprisingly the traffic both there and back flowed easily. No roadworks to slow me down.  Enjoy your day.
