I had not heard of the footballer either. Tasha tells me he was in my fantasy football team. I never what I'm doing so frequently can't remember who is in my team. Matt coming over today to look in the shed. We are than going to the nurseries at Crews Hill to fund a water feature. To round the day off, I will do a bbq. The garden needs the rain.

Hello ED, TY for the P-P. I listened to the match on the radio but fell asleep as Collingwood was clearly in front. Like you I was not a confident swimmer as a child despite some lessons. Dad was a great swimmer and Mum can't swim. As an adult I took lessons and gained confidence enough to swim the length of a pool. Then in Jamieson I had a pool installed and practised every day as the pool was heated. Now at Rye no pool and the sea water is often too cold. As I am writing this I am am looking around my garden wondering where I could put a pool. The reality is that I would have to remove a lot of trees and I don't want to do that. I went to Rosebud earlier to exchange the jeans and was given a voucher. Then tried on jeans so as not have to go back. Also grabbed some warm P.J's that I needed. Went to the checkout and showed the lass my voucher and the new pair of jeans as well as the p.j's. Popped the jeans in my shopping bag on the counter in front of the assistant thinking that they were covered by the voucher. Expected to pay $14 more for the PJ's. She then gave me a new voucher for $11. I looked at her confused, jeans still sitting under her nose. She circled the $11 voucher as she knew I was confused. So I had my jeans, didn't have to pay for the PJ's and had a voucher for $11. She placed the Pj's in my bag with the jeans on the counter and I walked out still confused. Once home I went through the reciepts and vouchers checking price tags etc. Then so to speak the openny dropped. PJ's $14 and anther voucher $11 equals $25 to cost of the exchanged jeans. I had been trying to help her as there was a long queue behind me and by putting the jeans in my bag in front of her she had not run them through the tag thing. Now I have a moral dilemma. Do I go back and tell the store? Perhaps getting the lass in trouble. Or do I just donate $25 to a worthy charity? The store is a multi million one. The lass most likely earns a pittance and needs her job. I don't need the $25. What should I do?

Today isn't too bad. At least it gets cool at night. Did a lot of jobs done this morning.
Off to do the vacuuming before it gets too hot.

Good morning splash--Sun is up and it seems a little cooler,naturally we are coming up to the weekend when people could enjoy the weather it will probably rain. I am up early as the nurse phones last night and asked how early I get up ,so she is coming at 8 as she has a Class or something at 8. The tea is good with just 4 but one of the 4 is Mrs. Noisy so we are kinda hoping she will forget what day it is but of course that would really be pushing our luck. Off this afternoon to get what  ever I am needing from the store,Kevin will be over tonight after work. If you ever can't do something I think  Tracy will really be up the creek without a paddle, doesn't nobody help her except you? I guess I am lucky  that I do have help for most things when I need it. Have a good day and take it easy if you got the big job of doinc the deck.

Hello Ed, me again. Just trying to catch up with posts before bed. Re. Lynne's daughter Tara she lives about 40 minutes from me and over 2 hours away from Lynne. Lynne and I live in opposite directions to Tara. Now I REALLY must go to bed.

Hello Ed, TY for the P-P. Dinner done. I was snuggling in front if the TV but not really watching. Dozing. So now doing a bit of F/L and then going to bed. Collingwood is playing tonight so I will have my radio on and read a book. Most likely I will fall asleep before game over. Enjoy your new day and hopefully pain free.

Hello Ed, as I write to you the Mushroom case is still undecided. I guess that there are folk on the Jury furiously debating it. Well in many ways that is a good thing. I well remember the case of Lindy Chamberlain, "A dingo has taken my baby!" Lindy served time in jail as the jury decided that she had murdered her baby. Then years later evidence revealed that in fact it was a dingo. It ruined Lindy's life, the lives of her 2 other children and her husband. Perhaps the Mushroom jury have that in mind? I recall seeing the family on the news and deciding that she was innocent. She looked shell shocked to me. Meryl Streep played the role of Lindy in a film. I was impressed by Meryl's spot on accent.
