Hello ED, that sounds like a service I could do with. Night has now fallen here, dinner done and cats inside. All is quiet outside. Weather forecast for tommorow is severe winds, rain and everyhing else that comes with a storm. I hope that I can go to my art group tommorrow? I messaged you a post that my daughter Alyx sent to me re. ideas for Alice exhibition. Unfortunately too late for this year. I will soon be in bed with the Dictionary people. Hello ED, you can certainly be my Head Prefect. I have read the Bill Bryson book, 'Down Under.' And I agree with you that it is terrible how the early settlers treated the Aboriginies. And unbelievably it wasn't until the mid to late 1900's that they could even vote! I am curious about you going to the Church to sort out your tech problems. I am having a quiet day at home today. I may do some painting before Art Group tomorrow. Enjoy your day.

Hello Ed, first of all thinking about Diane. I hope and pray it goes well for her. The book that I am reading, 'Th Dictionary People', by Sarah Ogilvie, is about the many contributers to th OED. The author discovered Prof. James Murray's many detailed lists of the numerous people who sent in slips for the dictionary. It is noy just about Dr. W. C. Minor. I am sure that he will be mentioned. Have you read 'The Surgeon of Crowthorne.' by Simon Winchester? As to other adult students, you are my main one. However in the Op shop I really do enjoy speaking to customers about books. Sometimes when I am shelving books I spot someone searching titles and ask them what they are looking for? What are they interested in? I love those conversations about books and suggesting other authors to them. I think that I should have a pen and notebook in my apron to take down their suggestions. (Note to myself. ) I do so much enjoy working there. Now night has fallen, the cats inside and dinner done. Hmmm. Time for bed and get back into my new book. Enjoy your day.

Hello ED, I didn't go to thhe Monday Coffee Club as Sarah and family were still here. They have gone home now. I did work at the Op Shop this afternoon. I finished Moscow last night. Left wondering if there will be a follow up book. Started reading, The Dictionary People." All about the contributers to the OED. Prof. James Murray kept detailed records of the contributors. I have afeeling that I am going to enjoy this. Have a great day.
