splashed--mallard ty--Once again we have sun but it is smokey and I think  that is what we will get for awhile.Yes the top 70 to start,then top 50 and finally the top 30 will no cuts  the top seventy get a few bonuses but the top fifty can play in everything as the top thirty can.And of course the higher you go the more money you make. Yes definately see niagara Falls and they should be here at a good time for all the harvests coming in down in that area--the wineries will be going full tilt.and depending on the time there should be a rash of fall fairs from the CNE on. Hello ED, I am at your gate. I love your idea for the back of the T Shirt! As I have most told you I hate supermarket shopping. In and out as quick as I can and usually only buy things on my list. Although having said that I did have a quick glance at the seafood and grabbed a box of mussels in cream and garlic sauce. I really enjoy them and as they seem to be seasonal I made the extra purchase. I will enjoy them on Friday after working in the shop. I then spent the afternoon knitting the doll's dress. Finished front and back and started on the sleeves only to realise that the printed pattern is wrong so I had to pull the sleeves out and start again after I made sense of the error in the pattern. Mungo kept wanting to sit on my knees however he kept getting tangled in the wool so I kept shooing him off. He was not happy. Almost time for me to prepare dinner. Salmon with skin on and my usual mushrooms and tomatoes. Maybe a bit more knitting..... Enjoy your day.

Took Luna, the cat to the vet. She has a lump on the cheek. It's a cyst which the vet drained.

Morning splash--mallard ty It is trying sun by that it is trying to break through the smokey air but not quite making it. Another smoke advisory this morning and by the look of things we will have them go quite awhile as there is a lot of fires out west in both Canada and the US(grand canyon is all ablaze)Young has been so close many times .it was nice  to see him get his first win and now he will be set for at least the next year and also get to play in some of the majors. I imagine it is totally different watching the jays live from when we did because the whole stadium has been redone. We used to get the good seats too so never any complaints of that. Sagwa and I slept in this morning  till almost 9 so now I have to find a new gear and get some thing done. Have a good day and I hope you don't get rained upon on your walk.

Hello Ed, after on 2 meetings of The Monday Morning Coffee Group I think that it is a bit early for T shirts. However an interesting idea. The only 2 gentlemen who join us both support Collingwood. We didn't speak about the loss today. I call them gentlemen because when I arrived Michael leapt up and grabbed a chair for me and then offered me a blanket that the shop provides. We sit outside as the shop is really a grocery store inside. They have tables and chairs for people like us to sit on outside. When I first arrived I couldn't see anyone, then I rounded the corner and there they were huddled away from the sea wind. "Oh good." I said as I greeted them, "I was starting to think that I was the only one turning up." They laughed and told me that I still have friends. It wasn't quite my initiatve. Tall Sue, we have 2 Sues, and I were speaking a couple of weeks ago about how wonderful it was when we all accidently caught up. Sue came up with the idea and then I told everyone that I met daily on my walk about it. Well the ones that I know. I didn't tell the dogs, Tommy and Penny who seem to love me. Funny how you get to know the dog's names and not the owners.  Dinner done, and I did some knitting before hand whilst watching Antique Roadshow. Now tired me is thinking about bed and to continue reading the book about Peter Cook. Interesting. Enjoy your day.

Hello Ed, TY for the Mouse. Yes it was a sad loss for Collingwood. We had our 2nd gathering of The Monday Morning Coffee Club which was fun. This afternoon I worked at the Op shop and gosh there were a lot of donations. I was kept busy. Thinking that I will go and do some knitting now before I prepare dinner. Enjoy your travels.
