Hello Ed, I am slightly awake. Accidently deleted your last message. However Brian's father and uncle came here from Denmark. Brian was born here. His mother from the UK. Another funny story about Brian's father and Uncle was that created an icecream treat known here as a Two in One. A company here called Streets purchased it and I well remember enjoying it as a child. Brian's daughter is now in Denmark meeting the Langevad family. I am niw off to bed to snuggle and continue reaading a book. Have a great day.

Hello ED, that video of little Eliott crying must have been a HUGE relief for you. Now you ca relax. I strongly suggest throwing the cake out! Too much temptation for Sandra. Brian worked for QANTAS and then Boeing when he lived in the USA. He wasn't one of the air crew. He was an engineer who designed planes or worked on certain parts of the design. He always wanted to be an artist but his father told him to get a REAL job. His father also an engineer and his uncle designed the first refridgerater and sold the patent. It is a wet and blustery day here. Despite that I walked to the coffee shop this morning between showers. Met only one of my friends this morning however we sat and chatted getting to know each other better. My SAD's have gone away. We both agreed that it was lovely when we all accidently met up yesterday and she suggested that we should all make a time once a week when we can do the same again. Great idea! Enjoy your day.

splashed-- It is 19 and cloudy with some rain later --maybe if it doesn't go around us. Yes you did tell me it was Sandra's birthday and all the celebrating you did. Yesterdays appointment was very frustrating--took over 3 hour to do nothing except wait!!  Tea break today so that will ease my trouble soul and maybe give me someone to talk to besides Sagwa. Sagwa and I have so good conversations but I am not finding his answers very informative lately. Have a good day.

Hello Ed, TY for another peace dove. I hope that you enjoy the 100 y.o. man... as much as I did. It is a keeper for me. Re. the frames. no one would want them as they are so heavy, far too heavy to hang on walls. I am saying REALLY HEAVY. That is what amused me about them given that Brian was a flight engineer. They have never been hung on my walls. They were stored in his studio in Jamieson and now as I said liberated. They would look great in a lighter frame. Many years ago my son Shannon and his wife Amira took photos of all of Brian's paintings and created a web site. Sadly in Brian's last few weeks on earth some one hacked it and the site was lost. My grief at the loss of Brian took over. I must ask Amira and Shannon if they still have the photos and if they can possibly create the web site again. Dinner now done and I am feeling much better after my social morning and days activities. I am now thinking bed and a book or perhaps some light entertainment on my lap top as I snuggle in. Hello Ed, TY for the Peace Dove. After doing some domestic chores I spent the afternoon liberating some early paintings of Brian's from their heavy frames. They have been leaning against walls and bookshelves here at Rye. Far too heavy to hang. Haha, sorry darling Brian. He kind of failed re framing his early paintings given that he was an aeronautical engineer. Now that the paintings have been liberated, and it was not an easy task, I will see if his daughter wants them. Easier now to post them to her. My walls are full. Enjoy your day.
