Good morning splash-- I hope all goes well with the dementia expert and I see the two girls will be there so if someone doesn't catch all of it someone else will The walking frame with out wheels may be good because one less thing to deal with but myself I am to lazy to lift it each step I take so wanted the wheels( but when I had the surgeries and was supposed to use them,I was a lot younger and also for a different purpose. A nice start to our week--it is 20 and sunny,fresh air at least encourages  me to do a few things. Have a good day and as I say hope all goes well.( smoothly with no problems)

Hello Ed, trivia first, once a Sunflower has glasses on it is time to harvest. I have sent you more sunflowers. Now to reality....I am pleased that Tracey and Hayley will be there when the dementia doctor arrives. Do you need to get Sandra out of bed if that is where she is happiest? Urging her out of bed may upset her even more. I am sure that the doctor can deal with her being in bed and visit her there if needs be. Perhaps Sandra knowing that Tracey and Hayley are visiting will be encouragement enough for Sandra to get out of bed? Does Sandra know that a doctor is coming? I will be thinking of you all and I hope that it all goes well. Whatever well means. HUGS

Splashed--now the heat wave has broke and we have air we can breathe it is a lot better. It wasn't a real big family gathering and with the heat it was mostly just relax in the shade. I am glad you have the walking on order and hopefully she will use them and at least some of the problem can be lessened. Hope the dementia person help you too as it is too big a load for one person--maybe if a professional is involved it may make things easier as you will have guide lines. Have a good night--the golf sort of had a fizzle out ending but Gotterup deserved it.

Morning splash-- All is good here now-- Yesterday I thought it was just a family get together--nope-- surprise belated birthday party for me(even the 2 great grand kids were there--and we suffered and sat outside as long as we could.  Sppertime definately was in the a/c cooled house. The heat wave finally broke on our way home--rain so hard and heavy that most vehicles had to run with their 4 ways on to be able to see theother vehicles on the road(of course we were on the 401 major highway. Now this morning I have to play catch up which will take me awhite but at least have windows open and can breather finally. Have a good day and I guess you just take each day as it comes and hope for more good days than bad. Things are what they are ,can't change anything so just take it one day at a time. Hope it is a good day!!!

Hello Ed, I solved my dinner problem by defrosting some rissoles in the micro wave and then cooked my veggies although I was out of greens. I think that it is a good idea to get Sandra a couple of walking frames. Sometimes they are given to op shops. Glad that Tracey came over straight away. Sandra does seem to be having many falls. Hugs to the 2/3 of you! Almost my bed time. I need to find a book that I want to read tonight. Once again I am sending hugs.
