Morning splash--It is still this over the top heat and now we have air quality added as the smoke from the fires up by Thunder Bay have reached us,wish we would just get a good rain and be done with the whole works. Doctors appointment for my eyes went well--I just darted quickley between the cab and the office the reverse when I came home and shut myself in with the a/c. Temperatures yesterday were up to almost 40 and then put the feels like on top of that. Another day of not doing much because even with the a/c it takes very little to break out in a sweat. From all I have heard dementia is like that--they have already been left in a world they don't know and then they latch on to one person but when they have to go elsewhere the world collapses again.Sadly I am afraid that is how things are going to be now. I hope you are lookin g after yourself because you need to stay well . Have a nice day and I hope it is a good day.

Hello ED, TY for the mouse. I am pleased that Sandra ate something this morning. I hope that the visit goes well with Hayley and her dog. Not sure what the pension thing is about? Haha you seem to know more about what is going on here than I do. Perhaps I should start reading newspapers again. Dinner done and I will soon be in bed. HUGS

Morning splash-- mallard ty. I am up and getting ready for my early appointment with eye doctor--extreeme heat warning out already . So I will get the appointment oveer and then come home and hibernate as we mat hit the 40 c plus today. Much as it hurts for people to not at least acknowledge that something serious is going on I guess it is their loss. Glad that aat least Tracey is cheering Sandra and she is happy to see her.In a bit of a rush--Have a good day and talk to you later.

Hello Ed, will they provide carers to help you look after Sandra? You both certainly need it! You and Tracey can only do so much. I am off to bed now. It has been a long day! HUGS!

Hello Ed, at least Olivia replied. Jason needs to get his act together re. Sandra. HUGS. I guess that you have to wait for the doctor's assessment. Tracey seems like our Allen, who is constantly looking after Mum, his Grandmother. I have named him Sir Allen. Mum agrees and I see her eyes light up whenever he visits her. Today I have caught up with some admin, done some washing and hung it out to dry. Also read many pages of my current book but have to save the rest for bed time reading. I may do something towards my Magpie painting as it is art group in the morning. Hugs to you!

Good  Morning--wren ty I wish you a nice peaceful quiet day to start the week. I hope  once you can re estabish some sort of routine that will suit Sandra and then maybe a little bit of a breather. At least that is one question solved as to where the hearing aid went(possibley even if she hasn't wore the pants she slipped the air in the pocket for safekeeping. Sounds like you are getting lots of company and help which is good but going to have to be times and days that no one is available so take it while you can. Not too hot yet but they are saying tommorow when I have to go out it will be a scorcher,but the good thing is it is an early appointment. Have a good day.
