Hello Ed, TY for the mouse. I am really enjoying the book now and like you I love Hattie and Walter. That was a sad tale about how your friend ended up in the Nursing Home. I didn't know that he had saved a child's life. And wonderful that the child keeps in touch with him. You may recall that I got the term 'late' from the First Ladies Detective Agency stories by Alexander McCall Smith. If you are ever looking for funny books he is a go to. I am home home now after a busy afternoon at the Op. Shop. Well it Was busy in the back room. Not many customers. I spotted an older lady looking at the books and told her that whatever she chose she could have them for $1. Not sure why I did that. Took her name to the front desk and told Cheryl. I just happened to be there when the lady came to purchase a selection of books. Then the lady told me that she was volunteering at a Senior's Centre and wanted to start up a Library there. I couldn't have been happier. Enjoy your day.

Sun has come out. It has,warmed up quite a bit.

Morning splash--the sun is shining but it is only 14 to start the day but rising into the 20's(good weather to get some work done--Seen as some jobs are never done it means I am always behind. I may be wrong with the Fedex--they keep changing the rules,maybe seen as he has already been paid for winning the season they go back to zero and this tournament is winner takes all. Will just have to watch and see--but odds are in Sheflers favor as he seems to be at the top or near it in most cases..  My new walker is so much easier to push,it almost goes by itself but will be better that lifting the old one onto curbs or over breaks in the sidewalks and over doorjams. Have a good day --little late so really got to finad a better gear.

Ed, giving my password to my children is something I should do and I have been thinking about it. When my friend Terase's husband passed away last year the familky had a terrible time accessing important informaton. Her husband worked in tech security so he had it all covered that no one could open his computers or access his files. I think that the passwords for my laptop and phone is all that they will need. Plus a list of people who should be informed if I am late. Naturally you will be on that list. A bit morbid however I guess that we have to think about these things. On a happier note  it was a lovely Spring day here. Once again I opened up the house to air it. Now that it is evening the heater is on again. Enjoy your day.
