Hi Cheryl, glad to hear you are doing well on the pill...I'm doing arm exercises and not due for my bone density until Sept.  The walking matt arrived a few days ago and able to walk on speed 4 2 miles in 30 mins...not bad.  Hopefully I can get on later...have some cooking to do for sides and fill containers to freeze for when I need them.  I like cooking ahead side dishes.  Hope your day goes well according to plan.  I get disgusted with the news.  Enjoy your day.  Xx
