Hi Cheryl, thank you.  I stick with multi grain cereals and my bread has 2 grams of sugar.  Bananas are high in their sugar.  Naval oranges, apples, peaches are diabetes friendly and melon in moderation.  I'm sure my AlC dropped since I started right away.   It's tough getting old lol.
