Col had an appointment for his troublesome ankle, the surgeon is talking of fusing it.  Not sure how long it will take for the op to come though.

Good morning Cheryl, time is flying by and we warmed up here and tomorrow starts our raining season followed by June-November our hurricane season.  Monday I have labs for my AlC and hoping it's down since I cut out sugar all together and watch the sugar contents when buying.  I sugar free jam is really good, never knew and the Voorman's Bakery cookies too and found a sugar free Breyer ice cream.  Hope you day goes well and you get done what you want.  Xx

Good morning lovely lady, shopping for me today as Col has a hospital appt for his dodgy ankle tomorrow, the beginning of the process to repair his ankle.
Hoping to get into the garden later.
Pulled pork - I cheat, pork is cooked in slow
cooker then sauce is added about half an hour before the end.  It is a meal I use when I have other things to do and can't spend too much time in kitchen.
I need to  take a leaf out of your book and start to get rid of things no longer wanted/needed, so that there is less for the kids to do when the time comes.
