We back from our weeks vacation - oh it was dreadful i got really bad flu the 2nd day and was dog sick for the rest of the week. What a waste of a holiday.

Hi Cheryl, sorry to hear about your cat and hope it heals.  My part of Florida is the same heart/humidity as the Northeast where Eugene and I are from...he's the Bronx, I'm Staten Island.  The only difference is down here in Brevard we don't get blizzards and ice storms like the Northeast so we are pretty much used to it but don't look forward to the hurricanes which we had in the Northeast. I think no matter where you go in the country, all the States will have their crappy weather.  We plan on moving back to Kentucky when Eugene can have his port removed and Kentucky is know as the Ice Belt"..it snows and turns right to ice....we lived there for 10 months before moving to Florida.  We have the storms timed now and able to work around them.  Our winters here we do get frost and it can snow which it did in 1977, snowed in Port St John.  We are taking one day at at time.  I don't blame you about getting help with some house work.  Eugene always did the lawn and had to stop when he was on chemo....so now we have someone doing that.  We have 10 windows and Eugene does that while I do the other cleaning so it works out for now.   Hope your day goes well and you accomplish what you need to do.   🥰🥤
