Good morning Cheryl, so happy to hear about the cat and she is back to eating....sounds good. I'm in a HOA and will never again live in one...can't stand it....who wants rules change (which are stupid rules) and some don't want any changes. No one follows the deed restrictions either and the directors don't know what they are doing. My husband served on the BOD as sec'y/treasurer and all the BS he had to deal with. We have 302 homes in my development. If you are still under construction, the builder controls the HOA until all is completed and then hands the HOA over to the homeowners. I hate summer heat and humidity....can't wait for November when we get the nice weather. Hope it cools down so you can work outside and your day goes well. 🥰
