Thnx for spotting a CG👨🌾in ours Tess and for Yellow Wagtail spotted here😀🤗 trying to keep cool😎fan is on and lazily watching some Wimbledon tennis on telly as outside is too hot for me🥵hoping for some rain as forecast but it never seems to materialise🫤 did go out for a short walk this morning with daughter along the brook at the back of our row of houses along the cycle/footpath as still feeling unsure on my own since the fall I had but hope it will get better if I keep at it🤷♀️maybe with some walking sticks for support as need to strengthen my leg muscles … been 6 months since fall😢did not realise that recovery will take that long to get back to some normalcy and have to keep on pushing myself and believing that will achieve full recovery though doctors said it might be doubtful for my right arm to get full rotational movement back but hope to get much better and also get pain free with it - patience is not necessarily my strong point😃 hope you are well and enjoying the weather X
