It’s another nice day here and I’m all ready to go and see my physio.  I’ve been doing the exercises she recommended so I hope she sees an improvement.  She works in a seaside town so I’m hoping the tide is out so we can have a wander on the beach while we’re there.  I hope you have a lovely day.  Hugs xx
