We just had the lights flicker...so know what you mean. Wind has picked up.
We have to phone the vet at eight when they open as now we have a cat that will not eat her regular food. I tried soaking the dry in water in case she has tooth issues...but she just drank the water leftover around the dry. Then I opened a can of chicken that we kept on hand for the dog...and she ate about half a can...but this morning she will not touch it.
