yeah i take antihistamines morning & then again about 7 but seems this year my eyes are suffering
well the good news today is ..... got a letter (odd as i was talking to my ortho consultant on ward 2 days ago!) Burrage Centre - knee school on 28th May!! so things are moving :-)
i fear will have to have a 2nd pre op though as they only last 4-6 weeks apparently we will see!
i voted last week we do postal lol

Hi Judith. I met Ben for coffee this morning and he was showing me some of the pics he took on Tuesday. They're not going to the final, much as they would love to. Very chilly today so my plan to do some gardening isn't happening ha ha. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon xx

Basmati microwave Rice 55p.  and Chi cken legs (4) £2.25 Morry's Silverside Beef £12.50 kg. Lots of reduced prices on Lacto and Gluten free products. Mens  striped T.Shirts £5 , Thermal tights £3.50 and high waist Leggings £7.50 ... these are really warm and snuggly.

Hello dear you. I'm so glad that the medical people are actually looking after you and keeping an eye on things. At least you are being listened to, we both know how difficult that can be! Yes, most things can be addressed with vits etc., and you know your body better than anyone and can heed its calling - or something like that anyway. I've been out and put my X in the box, also popped to Aldi and HB's! The morning has flown. Haircut in the morning and then will be doing some more food prep.
