Good morning our wonderful FL friends 🌹

It's a nice & sunny Saturday morning here in my part of New Zealand. The past 2 days have been lovely TBH. For those who celebrate ANZAC weekend, may we never forget, and by this I mean; may we never have to lose our sons, nephews, uncles and fathers to war ever again...
🙏🏽 I wish for a world of peace 🙏🏽

Off to see my mum again this morning after I have breakfast with my partner. He's taking me to our local tavern. They have amazing chefs there!
We've done lunch, dinner and snacks there since they opened, this will be our first breaky 🤗 can't wait 💚

Goodnight lovely Judith,  so pleased that your Dad had a good day, yesterday. I don't know anything about rainbow beetroot - will research.
Glad you got all your bits and pieces done.
We spent another day in the garden, created a new bed for the runner beans, we will be growing more this year,  tackled the dreaded wild garlic again, but I know that it will be back next year, each plant has so many bulblets, that I am sure we miss many, they are so tiny, like little pearls.  But as they can be eaten (all of the plant) a few would be good.  I am going to plant wild strawberries as ground cover, the birds like the fruit and the leaves can be used in a green tea.
