Keep taking it easy and rest today . Watch some tv or do your jigsaw ?  I'm sorry that your knee is very tender and swollen after the steroid  injection. Take it easy when shopping later and enjoy your supper with James.   
Ged was home in good time yesterday , although he had to go out again to take the work car back to the office.  It's a bit of a dreary grey day here milder. No plans to go out. We bought a new Christmas tree (we usually have a real one but it's getting expensive and Ged always carried it home -  now getting older so time to rethink that tradition !) We are going to decorate it today ,the earliest we ever have !

Hi Judith ty for the Okapi.  Sorry to see you had dull pain this morning with your knee.  But at least you got a night's sleep.  I think when you get that you can face most things.  I take pain killers when I want to really move about and try to do without them when I don't.  I am on list for knee replacement to but like you don't know when that will ever happen.  Have a great day Judith xxx
