Hello my dear Ju. I'm sorry that your arm is so sore. It can feel very hurty after the Shingles jab. I hope that you have treated yourself to something nice today. It's a gloriously sunny and mild day here, mega storm on the way tomorrow though. We went to HB's and Aldi's this morning, and then J took Maggie walkies while I unpacked the shopping and made a brew.
