Morning dear Ju! Thank you for the hedgie! We do have so much to deal with, with the chronic  illnesses but I'm so thankful that I'm as well as I am. Could be worse, huh Ju? Night night dear Ju! My appt went ok. My upper arms have been giving me grief for awhile. Dr thinks it's another symptom of Fibromyalgia.  Good Lord, there are so many nuisances from it. I don't take opioid for pain...just arthritis strength Tylenol.  She suggested I take an extra one when needed.  Tom had a tooth filled and it went well. We didnt do the shopping as planned...we'll do that tomorrow. I had to chuckle at you opening a bag and continuing to talk. Ill have to try that with Ella. And see if it distracts her. Lol.
