Did I not tell you (🤣🤣 you were one of the lucky escapees then!). We've had no showers for two weeks!! Because of my arthritis, spinal issues and torn rotator cuff, trying to do it myself in the sink was a no-no. But I couldn't take it anymore, I've been wearing it scraped back in a bun for 9/10 days and was starting to feel icky. I said to Luke this morning, bugger it, I don't care how much it hurts, you're washing it. Now I'm swanning around like I'm in an 80s Timotei ad 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hi Judith
It is still sunny here, it was nice to have a walk in the sun and not need scarf and gloves.
I have just watched the Norwegians winning all the medals in the Cross-country.
I hope the men manage to win the curling gold.
