Many thanks Judith for a Wren I am shattered the workshop landed up being nearly 3 hours I am aching all over lol!! I think tonight I am missing LL her walk I doubt if I can put one foot in front of the other for more than 5 mins..... Going out tomorrow with her maybe if I can catch the right bus connections!! xxx

got my eye drops & eye mist (2 sets one for work lol) and had a coffee with a chap who was a patient while i was out he was with his sister nice to get a thanks coffee!!

Not very nice here.  We had rain this afternoon and it looks like we could get some more.
I have the Man City v Brentford match on, nearly half time and no goals.
We have had leftovers and other things that need eating for our meal tonight.
