Hi Judith. Gosh it was hot in York today but we had a great time, starting with Betty’s. You defo must do their afternoon tea, it’s fab. Their vanilla slices are my favourite but you can’t go wrong with a Fat Rascal. I hope you are having a relaxing day and enjoying some sun too xx

Hello Sweet, yes its a beautiful sunny day here. Bev is downstairs but still not wanting company . l respect that of course , l popped in yesterday but didnt stay. Yes its another big worry for Sis , and of course myself and her family. At least she is keeping us all in the loop now instead of bearing the worry to herself. Of course l have been in the loop right the way through her health journey, even when she didnt want to share straight away. I am now up to date , spoke with her Wednesday just waiting for more results from the scan to come. I eat a fair bit of fruit for breakfast and supper if hungry. Morissons fruit is more miss than hit . Bananas especially are bruised more often than not. Not sure of my plans today, but do want to get my plants potted up this evening . Weekend shopping of course soon l guess, but feeling a bit meh atm.

Better to move back for Adara to get closer to the things and she loves . Havent seen Brad or asked him how his weight control is going now. Of course he is like me buzzing about his first Grandchild. Wow your friend has lost an amazing amount of weight. She may be on the second stage jab, Brad is considering it himself. I think he should stick with what he is on atm. as it doesnt interfere with his meds or health issues. His choice of course , but why change it if it already works. Have a super weekend sweet.
