Hi Judith ty for the Okapi.  Sorry to see you had dull pain this morning with your knee.  But at least you got a night's sleep.  I think when you get that you can face most things.  I take pain killers when I want to really move about and try to do without them when I don't.  I am on list for knee replacement to but like you don't know when that will ever happen.  Have a great day Judith xxx

Good morning dearest Ju. I'm not surprised your knee is sore today, sounds as though it was more than just a little prick! 😉 You must rest your leg, and your self too. I hope there's some mindless crap on TV that you can watch. Drink plenty of tea and eat goodies. It's a mild but dreary start here, my get up and go has buggered off completely. Night night Ju! I hope your injection wasnt too painful and I pray that you get some relief from it. I decided to rest up after my drive today. The turkey breast will take approx 3 hrs to cook, so I'll get started early in the morning. You know I rise early anyway. I may not sprinkle again til Thursday evening. I'm sure Gil will give me a hand if I need some help. He knows his way around the kitchen. Lol. Sleep well my friend and pleasant dreams. Love ya big!
