Good Morning Sweet, i did sleep better last night. l am usually less achy when l rise though not always. This morning was good , so did chores quicker. I dont pay much attention to good and bad cholesterol . Fast foods and treats are limited , fresh food and only a little meat is the way l go lol. . A good balanced diet is all that is needed. Of course certain ailments require a fine tuning of food choices. Good idea to suggest to dad, it of course is his choice. The video/reels on lymphatic drainage may aso help dad. I imagine the lymph glands to the leg were damaged due to surgery? No real plans today, although the drier weather is here today, just a shower about now is due. So maybe l will go for a ride over to the business park. Lots of different foods l am sure contain B12 that wont affect cholesterol. Happy to hear most of your tests were positive ones. l really should book in myself soon. l just get so bogged down , with things l set myself to do l dont get around to it.
