Hello dear you. I'm so glad that the medical people are actually looking after you and keeping an eye on things. At least you are being listened to, we both know how difficult that can be! Yes, most things can be addressed with vits etc., and you know your body better than anyone and can heed its calling - or something like that anyway. I've been out and put my X in the box, also popped to Aldi and HB's! The morning has flown. Haircut in the morning and then will be doing some more food prep.
