Morning Judith well suns shown up but feels warmer this morning no frost
the jab basically makes you not really want to eat much i cut some of carbs out like bread pots & i think my portions have literally halved if not less!
yeah £175 a month is a lot but i feel so much better with it & although GP cant prescribe for me he is keeping eye on me!! thinks some of that is i met my new GP 6yrs ago when he worked in A&E so known him at work too!!

Night night Ju! My day went to plan and I'm feeling so sleepy tonight. I got up way too early this morning and had no nap today. Sounds like you had a lovely day and enjoyed your doings. Goodnight dear Ju, been a nice sunny day, I also had a short time in the garden, been a bit lazy to be honest, been doing jigsaws on my iPad lol. Rowan finished early today, we’ve watched a couple of movies, I’ve enjoyed her company. Just watching some telly now before bed. I wonder what the fireworks are in aid of, hopefully they’ve stopped now. Sleep well lovely, love and hugs xxxxxx
