Hi Linda, had a busy day today and first opportunity to come on here. Did a pile of ironing this morning as Steve’s brother and his wife were coming. Haven’t seen them for a while, we speak on the phone and Geraldine and I message on WhatsApp. Nice to see them in person. Then had a phone call from my daughter. Before I knew it, it was
3pm! It’s a shame you don’t leave nearer to Bobbie, you could pop in and see if she needed anything. You’d be a great help for her, looking after the baby while she rests, as by the sounds of it, she seems to be doing but resting! I can’t understand why he wouldn’t want you there. Most men would be only to grateful for help with a small baby when their partner is recovering from surgery. Most men are scared of handling a small baby, I know Steve was with the girls. He was fine after a few months when they were more sturdy. You need to be a part of that little girls life, whether he likes it or not! What is he scared of? You’ll kidnap her?
It’s been overcast here, sunshine and showers, good for the garden if nothing else.
