BFM ty hun , yeah they are horrendous , and so fast , dead calm all of a sudden sky goes black then wind rain hail snow bombards you for a hour or so then voila ,,blue sky and devastation ,, hope storm Bert misses you hun , sleep well and keep cosy xxxxx

Good morning Linda, it actually warmed up slightly overnight. I went to bed about 12.45 and the wind had come from nowhere and it was throwing it down! The bird bath hadn’t frozen over for the first time in about a week. Hope it continues to warm up, it’s 2 degrees now instead of -2 😂 I’m not going anywhere today, going to make a start on writing some Christmas cards out. I know it’s early but next week my friend ( and Steve’s cousin) is going to London to meet up with her 7 siblings for one of her brothers 60th birthday.
They’re coming from Milton Keynes, Felixstowe, Chester, well quite far flung 😂 They’re all taking Xmas and birthday cards to hand out saves posting them, so Mo (another one) is taking mine. A good idea! Steve has just gotten up, so nurses head on for a bit, enjoy your day, catch you later xx
