Good morning Linda. Another nice day but apparently all change tomorrow. I remember Blacklers well, their Christmas grottoes were legendary! My mum would take us there around Christmas time and would leave us
( me and 2 of my sisters) wandering around the grotto, when you could do that! you didn’t have to pay to talk to Santa, only if
you wanted a present 😂 Then there was the ‘rocking horse’ outside the lifts on the women’s wear floor, All the kids loved it. The shop is now a Wetherspoons and the iconic rocking horse is in one of the windows…a nice touch! Steve is going to phone the district nurse tomorrow, if he doesn’t get a call back. Terrible that you have to do their job. My sister (London) was born on the 6th November. I miss going out for a birthday meal with her. Steve’s socks on, his eye drops done, I can please myself as to what I do now, which at this moment is nothing. Liverpool on (again) around 4 ish. I’m going to have an early bath and watch a dvd in peace. Enjoy your day, catch up later xx
