Hi Carmen
My appointment with the new doc went very well but was very long.  I have sciatica in my left leg from my back so at least I know what it is now. He wants me to go swimming but I don't like to come out to the winter cold. He also wants me to go for therapy but that is very expensive. He prescribed some stuff for my flakey nails that is not covered and cost  130.00 and the pharmacist said I will need a lot before it has any effect. He said if I can keep my blood work as good as it is I should live another 10 years at least haha. I had my flu shot.
Going to be a wet day but going up to 7 which is an improvement.

What an odd thing to do! Usually over here when that sort of thing happens the telephone number is one of those automated ones with the AI voice trying to sell washing machine insurance or some such rubbish!!

Lunchtime sprinkly-dinklies Carmen xx It does make me smile when you write that mum's in a cheeky mood today 🥰 Luke let me know that he'd landed, cleared Customs and met up with Nayo. Then he sent me a few photos of Nayo's many cats!! (Luke's like the Cat Whisperer, all cats love him!). They're off carting today I think so I doubt I'll hear much from him today - but now he's there and safe, I'm not worried, so long as they have a great time.
