Morning Sue, yes thanks the shoulder is easing a bit, though I keep forgetting not to do certain movements yet! I was out early again yesterday, popped to the shops then sat in the park for a while. It was well before the main shops opened so very peaceful and the squirrels were out in force :-) I'm getting some chores done this morning then will go out for a gentle walk in the sunshine later on.
