Hi Sue, thanks for the chaffy :-) I know, I asked for a long pixie cut and got a page boy cut (ugh!) with a bit of a shave and a fringe, none of which I asked for! Seriously unimpressed! I'm doing my best with pins at the moment and quite pleased woolly hat weather is almost here! The phone call went well thanks, hopefully all will be sorted before Christmas, I have to keep them posted if anything else happens, which hopefully it won't!
