Hi Sue, the weather was better than expected yesterday, so I was able to get out and run all my errands. I took the new toaster back as it was crap and exchanged it for a different one which at least does actually toast bread! Dad had an impromptu hospital appt (all good) so I took him to that then we sat in the park for an hour as I wasn't expecting to get out today. As it happens there was no ice this morning so I was able to get to the shops to buy a roller and tray which failed to be delivered with my paint, am in the process of trying to get a refund but there is very little in the way of customer service, sigh. The park was lovely again and I no longer feel guilty now the squirrels have been topped up! It's looking very bad from tonight so goodness knows when I will next get out. I've no motivation to do anything regarding the decorating today, I think tomorrow I'll start emptying the cupboards ready for moving. Hope you're having a super day and staying cosy at home. Hello dear Sue, yes I’m looking forward to being with Buddy today & I’ve also got him for an evening later this month, yay.
How was your walk yesterday? Glad it was a bit milder there, it was quite nice here. Like you we’ve had a storm warning so once I get back this afternoon I have no plans to go anywhere until next week. Fingers crossed you aren’t too affected by it & that the snow stayed away. Good evening Sue I hope you are having a good day.  It hasn't been so cold here today it warmed to 6C and last night we had rain so the ground has softened up.  Pippin and I enjoyed our walk today as the paths weren't icy for the first time in days.  I popped to Tesco for a walk about and a few essentials and finished the washing this afternoon.  I am glad Maggie is keeping away from the table until the weather improves.  I've had a busy few days but I am hoping for a more restful day tomorrow.  Thank you for spotting my Gibbon I had to spot the 2 Unicorns myself.
