No didn’t get to DE, spent a while browsing the clothes in Asda,  and restocked the spare clothes box for here,  , I’ll do DE in a couple of weeks, been very wet here today , have spent most sorting my spare bedroom and spring cleaning 🤣🤭, Well,I hope you can get to Boot sale in morning Lovely, and you find some treasures,  take care much and hugs tyvm for Mouse,  xxxxx

     ...Friday...Hi my lovely i still have it i need a good diet but i think one problem is broccoli i try not to eat rubbish i am drinking water half a hr before food and that does help i cant eat bread,eggs spicy foods and i have lactose free milk just do not know what else i can do so lets hope it settles down soon so uncomfortable i hope you are well have a lovely evening xxx hugs
