It has been a very warm day here.  I spent a couple of hours napping this afternoon, was up until nearly 2am and then still awake at 4am (overtired, I think).  Our son nipped round to watch the footie with his Dad, stayed the night (he who lives 5 minutes, most, away, ha ha), and after the football we sat up and nattered.  Shattered today.

Hi Sue, sorry to hear you had a bad day, I hope today has been better? I'm way late on here today, we went out this afternoon, it was hot but there was such a strong wind that it was bearable, though we had to hang on to our cups and whatnot cos everything kept blowing off the tables! I had to defrost the freezer when I got back, and that was far too much bending, especially in this heat, I'm done in! I'll collect my frozen bits from Dads tomorrow after the park, then I'll be having a very restful day methinks. I hope you've got your feet up in front of the fan, getting a good rest. I'm off to watch a bit of Netflix now. Sleep well (fingers crossed!), lots of love and a big hug Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
