Morning Jeannie x dull and dreary here today x I went out with a friend yesterday and did too much x very achy today but the Fenbid gel helps a lot x
Quiet day for us too x roast pork for dinner and Dave's going to make some bread x he uses special flour as wheat seems to upset his tummy x

Good evening Jeannie and I am trying to rest as much as possible, but had washing to do, but also needed some shopping, so went a slow walk to Tesco's, but was very lucky as a family friend was there and spotted me. He bought me a coffee then offered me a lift home. I must say I was very pleased at the offer as I was feeling rather weary. I spent most of the afternoon sat reading. Mags and Beth visited which was lovely. It is 2 years since Len died tomorrow, so that hasn't helped me. I have an appointment at E.N.T. on Monday, and my brother is going to take me there. Hopefully my nose is healing just fine, although there is still some swelling. The pain killers are helping me at present. I slept much better last night. I hope you have had a lovely day Jeannie and sending you my very best wishes and lots of love and warming hugs. xx
