Morning Jeannie x my aunt and I used to watch wimbledon together when I was a kid and she used to come and play with me on the local courts on the seafront x
It's a lot cooler here today x although the sun's coming out now x bit miserable as my knee op appointment has been cancelled x I had a feeling something was going to happen I don't know why x

Good evening Jeannie and I hope you have had a lovely day. Much cooler today and definitely more comfortable. I went for a walk out this morning and it came on to rain whilst I was out. Then the sun came out, but it rained again at lunch time. For a short time. The wind has also got up as well. Did my ironing then this afternoon I got a phone call from Pat, Len's cousin. Good evening Jeannie and I agree it is far too hot for me as well. Tony was very happy with his cake, but I think Faye was a bit upset when she heard it was daddies cake. I know he will give her some of it. I did go out for a walk this morning, and kept in the shade as much as possible. Then I tidied another cupboard out in the kitchen. Only 10 more to go. Mags and Beth visited and Mags registered my cooker for me. How nice to have family round you and Macaroni Cheese is a lovely meal. I have had pizza this evening for my meal, with fruit jelly and cream to finish off with. My very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. Stay as cooil as you can Jeannie. xx
