LOL at the comment re the Shelties being weird. They are funny dogs that do love making heaps of noise and hurtling around the backyard garden. My friends 5 do the exact same although she does take them for a shortish walk around the streets near her home and then to a park where they can safely run amok yapping madly.  I struggle to walk aorund the block (even when I could) as I find it so so boring where I live. I also had to drive to a park with trees or water. Hopefully you live in a pretty area that makes for a pleasant walk xx
