Hi Kim, Alfie would dig holes if he was not let in when he demanded in 🙄🤦‍♀️. We’d leave him out if it was nice out and he wanted in after 5 minutes, the bugger would dig in my garden if it was me home, and he would dig at the neighbors gas meter if Brian was. We quickly became his slaves, and let him in when he demanded it after that, lol. Nikki doesn’t dig any, but she is never outside without us so that’s probably why. When we moved here, we did the same with Alfie, we never tied him up, we had to when we lived in the city before here. If Nikki were younger we’d tie her here too. Our yard is huge, but there is no fence at the front, so we’d have to tie them up. When Nikki or Alfie needed to pee here, I go outside with them, unless some cat has the nerve to walk up the street, Both Nikki and Alfie would never leave the yard of one of us is outside with them. I’d never trust either to stay in the yard if we were inside though, sneaky buggers that they are. xo
