Hello dear Mitzi. Your garden looks beautiful with those vases. It is bitterly cold here, no snow but there was a hard frost this morning much to Maggie's amusement. She sniffed the grass, lifted her paws up one by one and then ran around in circles. It was so funny. I bet you are feeling the cold with losing weight, wrap up warm when you are outside. Hi Mitzi, it was a course that was funded by the NHS called Second Nature. It was an app on my phone that tracks your progress etc. I've lost a stone in 12 weeks with the coursebut I mostly did it myself just by watching what I eat and walking more. Ideally I need to lose another stone really. Hopefully if I keep it up, I will. You've done well too! Thanks for the FVC! xxx
