Hi Dee, yes the power was going in & out but lucked out & it has stayed on! The Roast came out awesome & Hubby will love it! Bummed cause where my church is the power is out & so no Fish Fry :( Our weather has been warm & cold. But the Wind is going to 10pm tonight so we may still lose it! UGH  But we have it.  Hoping your doing better & surgery went well. Glad your Mum is getting Love from all your cats! Please hug her big & hard for me! Are you & Mum going to lunch or with your friends? I'm sure all will have a good time & hope you get to see the gardens! Have fun! We get our Grand tomorrow for overnight! WOO HOO Baking & card making & staying up late! So much fun! xxxx have a good night!
