Anne has had to rush home as a car drive into the light pole opposite her apartment and hydro can't fix it so the owners of the property are worried about frozen pipes. Hydro is now sending a generator to give them some help but Anne's building is the last one to be attached so she is in the dark 12 degrees in the apartment. Will bee at least an hour before they get to put the generator on to her block.
Thank goodness for cell phones.
