I guess the more times you do the longer walk the  stronger you will become, very good for you both. Shame it started to tain. It has become very windy here. Not a nice day at all
The syringe is a peculiar thing. I have lots of regular srynges left from Winston who was diabetic but this thing is part of the container. Ther is a smile under the syringe which changes colour. You have to put the syringe on upside down and push and turn together until the smile goes green. If you go to fat it doesn't work it falls off and if you don't go far enough the syrnge wont fill after you've given it you twrist it for the smile to go green then twist it off. It is the most finicky thing I have ever used and I have to do it twice a day.
Still doing laundry. When you open a door all you can smell is laundry softener. It's cheaper hydro for laundry, dishwashers etc. On the weekend So everyone is doing it and the smell comes out the laundry vents from the dryers. Off I go
