When I was younger, much younger in England I had a vespa. The mobility scooters come with 3 or 4 wheels and don't need a licence. I think I would be comfortable with one as I would not be going far. Ross has finally agreed he could be called on if necessary and I am arranging having my meds delivered which is free. And have started with a food company called hello fresh which delivers meals that you have to cook but all the ingredients are there including fresh veggies. So far everything has been delicious. Things can get worked out. We'll see if the car sells first.
