hi kerry catching up here, hope all well. started my jabs yesterday, going for meal tomorrow for my twins 33rd birthday, these jabs certainly reduce appeteite, today i ate 2 small pieces of fruit bread when i came home from work 10am, i grabbed a tuna sandwich in town this afternoon, normally would get some crisps but i didnt, and tonight i ate half a plate of cottage pie with beetroot i feel bloated, i even resisted the jaffas the cupboard at work last night xx
