It’s raining and sooo dull.  Not a day for going out.  We had dentist checkups yesterday and I’m happy that they don’t need anything done but I was told to brush twice a day.  I’ve never done that so I hope I don’t brush them away.  Dave got his scrape and polish but the dentist couldn’t do mine cos he’d run out of the paste!!  Would you credit it?  Anyway, have a happy Friday and stay warm and dry xx
