Hello Lizzy.  It’s been dull and warm here today and I got three loads of washing done and out to dry.  The rain didn’t come so it all came in nice and ready for a quick airing in the tumble dryer.  The washing machine is squeaking on the spin cycle so I contacted a man that repairs appliances.  He said the bit the machine would need is £220 and it wouldn’t be worth my while getting it sorted.  So it can go on squeaking for now and I’ll get another one when it finally breaks down. I got another four books - quite lightweight stuff but it will keep me happy.  You’re certainly getting the rough end of the weather just now.  Maybe the boys are getting used to it.  Have a good evening xx

a sunny good morning, Lizzy, and a splash! glad to hear the thunderstorm didn't bother the boys too much. is Dave's knee replacement going to be soon?  the kitty boys and I are having another slow morning. it's going to be hot today, and hotter tomorrow.
