Thursday Evening Sprinkles  well i have finally got on here my friend said it was down when she tried to get on here .... I didn't know it was about  carbs as well to be honest .... I had a Phone call this morning from the Doctors saying my bloods also showed that my vitamin B12 is very low so starting A course tomorrow of Injections have to have 5 so the last one is News year Eve ... a rainy good morning, Lizzy, and a splash! yes, the dampness doesn't help, does it. we're above 0, 6C, and it's raining. I did find what I was looking for at the zoo; a t-shirt for each of them, and a wooden tree ornament. today I'm glad to stay inside, and get my laundry done. take care, and keep warm! xx
